trek horror story!!

So I once went on a trek with a treking group. The group consist of 18 people out which 3 were instructors. I had planned to go alone but at the last moment my friend Jay said yes and we both went on together with the group. I like going for trek with new people, exploring new places, making new friends and if there a waterfall over there its like an icing on the cake.

The trek started early in the morning around 7 am. It was cold and cloudy that morning no sign of sunshine, also the fog reduced visibility levels. There was one instructor each at the front and the back end of the line and one was continuously moving back and forth to check no one strays of the path.

It took around 3 hours for us reach the top. We installed the tents and the kitchen team started preparing our lunch. To be honest whatever is cooked tastes delicious at a place with such beautiful atmosphere, and pleasing scenery. There was a steep hill close to us, it looked challenging to climb,so I asked my instructor who was very friendly and cheerful all the time when are we doing rock climbing on that one? He gave me a cold look and said don't even think of that its not safe out there. I was really surprised and scared at the same time.

After the dinner was over, we made a bonfire sat around it and danced till it was mid night. There after we went to our respective tents to take sleep. It was very dark that night because it was amavasya. I woke up to pee around 2 am. When I was returning to my tent after peeing I saw a women wearing red sari going towards that steep hill. I followed her but she disappeared. Then I went back to sleep assuming she would be a villager living near by.
I am a light sleeper so my sleep was interrupted because sound of someone crying was coming from behind my tent, my friend jay was sound asleep  and  I didn't wanna bother him so I went out of tent alone, the sound was of some lady sobbing loudly. Even after searching for a while I couldn't find anyone. While on my way back to my tent I was stunned to see the same  red sari  lady walking with something in her hand, when she came close I could see she was carrying head of a dead baby in one hand and rest of the body was held by one foot in her other hand. I was shocked, I went blank my feet were stuck I couldn't move as if I was paralysed.
She came closed to me, and stopped. Her eyes were bright green in colour. She just stared at me for a while and I hesitatingly asked "kya hua" (what happened) and she yelled on top of her lungs, my ears started to bleed. Then she pushed me and my head collided against a rock, Suddenly I woke up from sleep and checked my ears and head, everything was fine.Yes it was a dream but a vivid one.
The one thing that bothered me was that, I had seen the same lady in same sari when went to pee. I told jay about the nightmare I had, but he didn't believe me. I told this to my instructor and his gleeful face turned pale, he said that  15 years ago a married woman killed her baby and jumped off the hill close by because her husband abandoned her and fled with a younger lady, till date the villagers say her spirit roams around here in  search of her husband who betrayed her....
My hair were standing on its ends and my hands were trembling... It is believed that spirits can contact you when you are asleep or meditating. I don't know till date that what I saw was mere my  imagination or something else..
